Kulenin Evi offers spacious accommodation and is ideally situated in Kalkan Old Town. All the rooms have
balconies or direct access to patio areas. The villa is a 50 metre stroll to the nearest restaurants
and a few metres further to the main shopping street in Kalkan where the shops, more restaurants, bars
and cafes are, yet in a residential location. The pebble beach is about 200 metres from the villa.

On the ground floor is a large, air-conditioned double bedroom with a superking sized bed, dressing room
and ensuite shower room and an air conditioned twin bedded room with adjacent shower room.

The spacious, air conditioned sitting room, with two balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay, is on the first floor.
The sitting room has seating for nine with armchairs and  sofas. There are DVD and CD players provided
with a range of DVDs/CDs, bring your own if you want to. There is a bluetooth speaker and Apple TV plus
some games and a library of over 100 books. The fully equipped separate kitchen is also on the
first floor and includes a gas hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge, freezer and a
chilled/hot water dispenser.  There is a dining area and a balcony overlooking the garden and pool
with steps down to the patio where there is an additional eating area, ideal for lunch time.

The second floor comprises a large, air conditioned double bedroom again with a superking sized bed,
dressing room and en suite shower roon and two balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay and the fourth bedroom,
air conditioned, with twin beds, ensuite shower room and balcony overlooking the garden, pool and the sea.

The laundry area is on the third floor with a washing machine, sink, clothes drier, iron and ironing board
and an additional fridge to keep your food and drinks cold when sitting on the roof terrace.

You might like to try a BBQ on the third floor roof terrace where dining is magical as the sun sets and the stars come
out over Kalkan harbour, the Taurus Mountains and Kalkan town. Plus you can even enjoy your own music on the
roof terrace from your bluetooth enabled device through our bluetooth applifier which powers the outside speakers.

The layout of the villa is ideal for two families or, indeed, for separating the adults and teenagers!

Travel cot and other nursery equipment rental can be arranged as required, costs to be paid locally to the supplier.
