If your holiday dates span two price brackets (eg: last week September, first week October)
the rental rate will be calculated on a daily basis.
The maximum occupancy of the villa is 8 adults/children. .
Travel cot, high chair and toy box rental can be arranged for infants.
A non refundable reservation deposit of £250 per week booked is payable on booking and that amount should be forwarded
to us by bank transfer preferably or by cheque. Full payment is due 56 days before departure.
If you wish to change the date of your booking once confirmed we will endeavour to accommodate you but cannot guarantee
we will be able to do so. If you should have to cancel, please advise us as soon as possible. To cover our loss caused by
cancellation as we may be unable to re-let the time booked we must make a charge which is payable by you.
The following is the scale of charges:
More than 56 days before departure - £250 pw
43 - 55 days before departure 50% of booking cost
29 - 42 days befor departure 75% of booking cost
28 days or less before departure 90% of booking cost
If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the dates you have booked and you do not wish
to accept an alternative, we will cancel the booking and refund any sums paid to us by you. We will not be liable for any
further obligations or claims outside of the deposit and balance.
The villa will be available from 4 pm on the day of your arrival and should be vacated by noon on the day of your departure
to allow for cleaning. It is sometimes possible to be flexible on these times depending on the times of arrival/departure
of other guests, please check with us when booking flight times.
A refundable deposit of £250 to cover any damage, breakage or other loss is required. This is payable with your final balance,
eight weeks prior to departure and will be repaid less any necessary deductions within seven days of departure
after the property has been checked.
We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance as soon as possible after booking your holiday.
Should you be unfortunate and test positive for Covid 19 during your stay at the villa you should ensure that your insurance
will cover the cost of you and all members of your party moving to alternative accommodation to isolate
if the period of isolation extends beyond the end of your booking.
